Q-Sports Academy Darts Club held another successful Thursday night darts tournament last night (2nd February) open to Category B Players (category B seeded 601 ------ category B non seeded ..........
A good turnout showed up on the night with the tournament producing some fantastic darts on the night with agood few 180’s, 140’s and a number of 100 plus checkouts.............
Ivor McCombes won week two playing superb darts defeating the following players on route to victory Ronnie Boyle (last-16, 4-2), Brent Friel (1/4-finals, 4-3), Lee McMoran (semi-finals, 4-1) and Thomas Baxter in the final on a 4-1 score-line........

Q-Sports Academy Sports has started Individual Dart Tournaments on a Thursday night for Category B Players (category B seeded 601 ------ category B non seeded 501) which darted off last night (Thursday 26th January)..........
It wasn’t a bad turnout for the first night which hopefully will become bigger and better over the months ahead.............
Barry Owens won the first tournament playing fantastic darts throughout the night including a superb performance in the final defeating Ronnie Boyle 4-3 with Barry winning the last game in 17 darts to claim victory.......

Q-Sports Academy Darts Club are organising “CATEGORY B” Dart Tournaments on Thursday nights starting this Thursday 26th January at 8-15pm............
All names must be entered by 7.30pm for 8-15pm start each night.........
Entry Fee is £5 with the tournament being money in, money out........
Thursday night tournaments are OPEN to any player from any area who comes under the Category B standard judged by the organisers.............
CATEGORY B PLAYERS:
(a): There will be two grades of B players taking part in all events organised by Q-Sports Academy.........(a): Category B seeded player..........(b): Category B non seeded player.......
(b): Category B seeded players will be starting on 601 unless two seeded players meet which then become 501.......
(c ): Category B non seeded players will be starting at 501......
(d): All matches will be best of 7 to final ------ final best of 9.......
(e): The loser of each game has the darts each time.........
(f): Q-Sports Academy Sports Club Category B Thursday night tournaments will be open to any player from any area that comes under Category B judged by Q-Sports Academy Sports Club organisers.........

A new proposed £1,800 Category B Darts Tour is being set-up open to any to any player from any area --------------- the tour will be called Category B Dart Players Challenge Tour -------------their will be four ranking tournaments with each event having £400 prize-money with the winner receiving £200, runner-up £100, semi-finals £50 each -----------------the top ranked player after four events will receive £200 ------------- entry fee for each tournament will be £5. |
