Tyrone Pool Association had 5 teams at the finals, a men’s team, ladies team and three junior teams with the best performance coming from Tyrone Junior A team who was defeated in the final by Louth on a 10-9 score-line…….

Packie Donnelly £1,000 Memorial Darts Tournament:

Over 70 players from throughout Ireland travelled to the little village of Dromore in Co. Tyrone on Saturday past for the 3rd annual Packie Donnelly Memorial Individual Darts Tournament all chasing the £1,000 prize-money with the winner receiving £500 and the perpetual cup but it was Cavan’s Aodhagan O’ Neill who was crowned champion come Saturday evening with a fantastic display of darts throughout the day defeating Campbell Jackson 5-1 in the final in front of the large crowd……

Ireland’s Pub Players 8Ball Pool Tour will be staging there first ever official open ranking tournaments in Coleraine on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st May 2008 when the Ulster Open 8Ball Pool Championship in men and junior categories takes centre stage…….

Listed below is details of both tournaments (reds & yellows) and all players are asked to pre-enter on or before Thursday 29th May 2008.....
